Southeast Mechanical Corporation currently maintains service contracts with several commercial, industrial and municipal sites.  These sites include state-of-the-art systems that also deliver steam, hot water and chilled water to the properties they support.  We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround to efficiently resolve our customer needs.  Our talented staff provides the following service for project customers:

• We offer various installation and fabrication services
• Warranty support for all covered maintenance and repairs
• Train host property’s operations staff on all aspects of installed PHC solutions
• Monitor vital system parameters for emergency notification and response

Off Site

• Facilitate sharing of operation know how and experience with SMC installations
• Maintain operating and performance records of PHC systems under management
• Maintain staff of experts for consulting and special project assistance
• Remote monitoring possible

Our modern 8,000 square foot facility enables us to quickly turn your project from concept to reality – from estimation and drafting, thru fabrication and final assembly.  Our combined office and fabrication facility offers SMC pre fabrication planning and system mock up before actual on site build.  This business model allows SMC to accurately build your project to the highest level of quality.

We utilize the most modern tools and practices to ensure quality customer interactions including Autocad MEP, modern service fleet, dependable subcontractors and estimating and project management software.  Demanding jobs require quality personnel and tools – we pride ourselves of being able to provide both in a timely and cost effective solution for our customers.
